    Frequently asked questions

Does merging reduce the quality of my PDFs?

No. Pages are copied directly from the source files into the new one without re-rendering, so text stays sharp and selectable.

How do I control the page order?

Files are merged in the order they appear in the list. Pick them in the right order, or remove one and add it again to move it to the end.

Can I merge confidential documents safely?

Yes. The merge happens entirely in your browser; contracts and invoices never touch a server.

How do I combine scans from my phone into one PDF?

If the scans are images, use the JPG to PDF tool first, then merge the results here, or add the photos directly in JPG to PDF for a one-step combined file.
